Frequently asked questions.
What services does Facade Revival Co. offer?
We offer residential, commercial and heritage facade works across Sydney. Our services include cladding and feature walls, rendering and texture coating, exterior painting and finishes, entry upgrades, concreting and front paths, front landscaping, combustible cladding remediation, and facade waterproofing.
What areas do you service?
We primarily service the Sydney metropolitan area, including Western Sydney, the Hills District, Inner West, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs and Southern Sydney. We also service the Central Coast and Wollongong as additional service areas.
How do I get started?
Submit an enquiry through our contact form or call us on 1300 58 50 50. Tell us about your property, what needs attention, and what you’re hoping to achieve. We’ll respond within two business days.
Do you charge for an initial assessment?
Please get in touch to discuss your project. The initial conversation and basic assessment approach depends on the scope and nature of the works.
Can you coordinate multiple services as part of one facade renovation?
Yes. One of our key strengths is coordinating cladding, render, paint, paths, landscaping and entry detail under one scope, so the finished facade feels cohesive and complete.
Do you work on heritage buildings?
We can carry out facade works on character and heritage properties, but the scope depends on the condition of the building, relevant heritage controls and any necessary approvals. For formally heritage-listed buildings, we recommend engaging a heritage consultant. See our Heritage Facade Works page for more detail.
What is combustible cladding remediation?
Combustible cladding remediation involves removing and replacing cladding material that has been identified as combustible with a compliant alternative. As the contractor, we handle the physical removal and replacement, and coordinate with the assessment, engineering and documentation processes. See our Combustible Cladding Remediation page for more detail.
How do I know if my facade needs waterproofing?
Signs of water ingress include damp patches, mould, peeling paint or render, and water stains on interior walls. If you’re noticing any of these, a waterproofing investigation is a good starting point. See our Facade Waterproofing page for more detail.
How long does a facade renovation take?
Timelines depend on the scope, the condition of the facade, approvals and weather. We provide an indicative timeline as part of the scope development process.
Do you provide warranties?
Please discuss warranty details with us directly, as they depend on the scope, materials and systems used. We use quality materials and follow manufacturer specifications.
How will I keep track of my project?
Every client receives access to a private Client Hub where you can follow milestones, see progress photos, approve colour selections and find your documents. You can also contact us any time on 1300 58 50 50.
